I was surprised about to get so quick move after my previous movers cancelled on us. I wasn’t prepared to get all stuff together but did everything according to recommendation from some moving companies webs. I got all my things packed so it was really helpful. Thank you for being so quick.

A total scam, they have lied throughout the process. 1- Misleading quote - they give you initial low quote to get your business and then ask for additional after loading. They made an online estimate and gave us a quote, then one of them (Mark) come in person and saw our stuff but he didn’t quote anything on top of the online quote just the day before the actual move. On the move date they loaded our stuff to one truck, filled it up and then he told my husband that they need another truck. Basically the initial quote was for $7K, which they have increased to $12K after almost everything was already loaded. We were able to negotiate it down to $10K We even have sold some of the furniture after their initial estimate but regardless they have bumped up the price significantly. 2- They don’t keep their promises - we agreed on our delivery day but they deliver our staff 9 days later and we had to stay at hotel, if they told us they cannot deliver at the time, we would adjust ourselves to their estimated date. We have informed them we wanted the delivery on the 1st day of the month and ensured that we were in the calendar. We have checked 3 separate times before the 1st and all was ok as we heard. The move was from NJ (their warehouse) to TX. I have called on the 1st they said it is on the way but moving slow since it is loaded heavily, on the second they said it was in Virginia, 3rd day in Tennessee... did not share a ETA. Then it was almost impossible to reach anyone, we’ve been left in dark. When we were lucky to get response via SMS they were mocking us saying ‘you should be in secret service with your questions’. Basically they were lying the whole time, the truck was not in transport all those days. I have received the delivery on 9th, the truck was filled with only our stuff, so no other stops. It was not Deluxe truck or people. They have sold my delivery to someone else as far as we understood. They said they moved from NJ on the 4th or the 5th day. Delivery guys did not speak almost any English but if we understood right only Russian. We did not understand a thing they said. 3- They don’t care about your stuff - I added some pictures, you can see yourself. They did not cover our furniture as necessary. When we complained the attitude we received was not acceptable but it was to late. On delivery almost all our boxes were damaged. Glasses broken. Bags lost. So stay away, we have learned our lesson the hard way. Save yourself from the stress and loss.

They stole some of my clothes and shoes. The clothes were placed in hangers boxes and the shoes were placed in a plastic black bag. Before the move, I counted every single piece of clothing and every pair of shoes. I did that in order to verify that my thing were not missing or stolen after the move. They stole Here is a list of the stolen items: 1) 3 suits ( make by Eremengildo Zegna) cost about $6000. 2) 10 pairs of trousers (Eremengildo Zegna) cost 3000 3) 6 shirts ( Eremengildo Zegna) cost 1500 4) 3 pairs of shoes ( Ferragamo) cost $900 Total Value of Stolen items: $11,400 I never thought that they would still my clothings or else I could have moved my cloths by myself in my car. I also paid the driver $200 in tips, and another $200 in unpacking fees ( although I paid for full service) and another $70 for an extra half hour above the 6 hours moving time although the move was finished in just under 6 hours. This is in addition to the original $1200 fees for moving a one bed red apartment . I am very angry, annoyed and disturbed for the theft of my clothings items. It is really outrageous that I hire them to move my belongings, putting my confidence and trust in then , and then they steal my expensive Italian cloths. I intend on taking them to court. Please STAY AWAY from them. Be careful some of the 5 stars reviews are done with the movers and the employees of the company . Dr. I. W.

Maybe I just got smth else to do but this guys were so nice and pro. Primary I had another mover but they just canceled on us so we had to call this fellows. They promised to show up in the morning and did so. Isn’t it amazing? Thank you

We had this guys at last minute, and moved our stuff before lanlord can see we still at apartment. I had feeling we did everything right way but seems it was not good enough. But still we were almost ready to go, so it was easy to load. Thank you
