This was the worst experience. My belongings arrived 2 months late, with nothing but run-arounds while I waited in an empty house. They did offer a small discount, which the man who finally delivered by stuff tried to cheat us out of. The unloading was terrible, stuff left everywhere, some still in blanket wraps. There were a few items missing, but nothing irreplaceable. Nothing broke, but I did my own packing so I was really careful with delicate items. When I found out the name of the actual moving company, I looked it up and was horrified at the reviews. I'm grateful that I will never move again.

I hate moving. At least Charter van lines made it tolerable by helping me out. The movers were very careful, professional, respectful, and experienced. Their rate was reasonable. After looking into other moving companies I was prepared for them to hit me with hidden fees and try to charge extra but there was none of that. They made everything very easy and all of our items arrived on time and in great condition. Moving is never fun but these guys did as good a job as we could of asked.
The movers I got from Charter van lines were a completely different brand from the lazy movers I had hired in the past. The men were all very immaculately dressed and professional in attitude. They started taking inventories, wrapping all my belongings and carry them outside to load in their vans. The whole thing was running like clockwork. I haven’t seen such efficiency in a long time. Their quote was very reasonable as well. They were energetic in the same way when they made the delivery. I’m so happy with these boys.
A brilliant firm that shifts. They are careful and deliberate, and the rate was lower than many others. It was an hourly wage, but the amount was mainly kept. I would definitely recommend this company
