Mike and his crew were AMAZING! They were professional, friendly, and fast. They packed and moved all of our stuff in excellent condition and very carefully. Highly recommend!

If I could rate this company lower than 1 star I would. The experience with Both Coast, who I'll refer to as BC, has been the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced with any company, in my entire life. I chose BC for a move from Nevada to Florida and up until the day the carrier was to arrive at our NV home, everything was going as it should. We were scheduled for loading of about 90 prepacked boxes and one room of full service packing. Carrier pick up and full service packing of our kitchen only was scheduled for Monday, Aug 23 or Tuesday, August 24th. We were told we wouldn't actually know the exact date until about 24 hours out. Seems like a poor way to conduct business, but we accepted that as the norm. On Monday the 23rd we received no call from the carrier or BC. Tuesday came and half way through the day we had still not received a call from the carrier or BC. On an earlier phone call with BC I wrote down the carriers name, Best Moving Van Line, out of Santa Clara, Ca. I googled their number and called them to inquire when their truck was going to arrive. They told me they had declined accepting our move because they didn't have a driver in the area. This was after they had already committed to BC to make our move. They said they had notified BC earlier. I called BC and after several hang ups, 40+ minute holds I finally reached a person. They were dumbfounded that the carrier had refused our move. After some checking they realized they had dropped the ball in notifying us of the change. At this point all they could say is "we're working on getting you another carrier". After 2 days of no return calls from BC we hired another mover and called BC back to cancel. The call to BC was just like the others, long holds & hang ups. They agreed to the cancellation and said they would issue a refund for the full amount paid to them. At this point 2 weeks after the fact, we still have not gotten a refund or any further communication from the BC. Every phone call is the same. Long holds and disconnects or hang ups. They have essentially ripped me off for over $4400. I have registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and because BC is a Florida based company, I have also registered a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals office, in hopes of getting some assistance in resolving this. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The handful of higher reviews lead one to believe that they're a reputable company worthy of earning your business. If you're putting your life in a bunch of boxes and relying on someone else to take care of all that for you, do yourself a favor and hire someone else other than Both Coast Logistics. You might get lucky and have a flawless experience with these guys and gals, but why chance it. The moving industry as a whole, already has a bad reputation with a lot of folks. One would think that Both Coast Logistics would want to make a difference and not perpetuate the continued bad reputation of their industry. They have proven with this consumer that they are nothing more than a con and untrustworthy.

Before the transfer, I had a great experience interacting with the manager of this company. He was very sensitive. He was very open. Moving can be frustrating, and the fact that the team worked hard all day long and worked peacefully encourages the transfer.

I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone who is looking to move. They wore masks the entire time, and I felt like they had a good protocol for moving during a pandemic. They made the process of moving so easy, so I recommend them to all.

The guys who moved my stuff, led by the Foreman Alberta, were likewise very professional, friendly, and efficient. They did not harm any of my furniture and placed them where I requested in the new apartment. I will gladly suggest using them! Thanks for this smooth moving experience.
