I highly recommend NOT to use this company, a complete scam. I moved from Palm Springs, CA to Orlando, FL in June, I had a virtual tour of my stuff with their sales rep Jacob and I was quoted $5500, one month free storage etc. The day of the move when their guys came in, they right off the bat told me that the move will be $11,000, DOUBLE of what I was quoted. They know that they got you in a corner especially when you are moving cross country. Jacob won't even get on the phone with me. After a lot of back and forth with some girl (because Jacob won't get on the phone) they lowered it to around $10,000. I didn't have any options as I had to move out, I had to suck it up and ended up paying almost twice as much. The only good part of the move was the guys that came to load up the truck were very nice and professional and they did store my stuff for about three weeks as promised. I wish you could it less then one star. Word to the wise, don't use them for cross country move.
These other reviews are fake... Horrific company. Quoted $3.5k then moving day young college age kids did visual walk through, not one single note or measurement, raised price to $11k then down to $10k, then $8.5k. No manager or supervisor was available to talk to and I have yet to hear from anyone (after several requests) from management about the experience including my deposit which I of course I'm charging back they are the most shady unprofessional business I don't think they're even real movers they are out to collect deposits and try and scam you out of $.
They were excellent! The crew was polite and hard working. The apartment I moved to was on a 5ht floor but rather than complaining they worked hard to get it done quickly. I would definitely recommend these guys.
After checking out several moving companies I chose this one due to several reasons. First off, the big popular companies were way too expensive. Then I found the smaller companies had pickup and delivery times that were not convenient for me. But when I spoke to these guys I was given a better price and delivery window. They picked up on Tuesday and delivered the next day. Also they are a member of the BBB and have a clean record on the website.
I just want to let you know that I’m so pleased with your service!! It really was the best experience we had. I was amazed at how fast everything was moved and how nice were the movers. I recommend you whenever a friend needs to move and I hope that other people try your service too.
