We hired Black Tie Moving recently to do a move for us. We paid almost $2,000. During the first part of the move one of the movers broke a lamp. I called the company and they didn't really seem to care that much about any of our problems. I sent him pictures for the lamp and where I purchased it as well as what it costed. They told me that they were going to give me less than $3 for a hundred and $119 lamp. The whole movie of costed $1,780. I wish that they had better customer service.
Jamie and Tyler were absolutely fantastic. They were a great help to the move. We figured out that we needed to move a few days before Thanksgiving and were able to get everything set in place so we had time to spend with her family before we left. They were very professional and laid out the terms of the move right from the start. During the moving process they had no issues with any of her heavy furniture. They did a fantastic job.
There's no question, I would definitely use Black Tie moving again. I move quite frequently for my job that is not always easy finding a company while I work that won't ruin my life. I have a lot of bad news in the past and know exactly how to research the bus company the booking process was very easy with them I was able to request a quote online and someone called me within the next couple seconds. I knew about this company because one of my fellow employees use them in a highly recommended them as well. They told me that the rates depend on the amount of men that, as well as the hours that the move takes. Ronnie and Jose were awesome to work with. I would highly suggest them.
The first time I use Black Tie Moving was about five or so years ago. I haven't moved since then but last time was a great experience I figured that I would save myself the stress of finding a new company and use them again. The last move was fairly small and this one it was a bit larger but I trusted them enough to get the job done right. The crew that came was different than last time but they were absolutely amazing.
