The overall experience with Best interstate moving and storage was positive, but at this point I’m not sure what to think about their staff. My communication with the customer service went smoothly. I got detailed instructions and all relevant information well in advance. Their representative did her best to accommodate my requests and to set the most convenient moving date. However, I didn’t get along with the movers. The truth is that my items were delivered intact, but somehow it seemed that they were not experienced. Chances are they were short-term employees who didn’t pay much attention to customer satisfaction.
Best interstate moving and storage crew went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. They were mindful of my busy schedule and managed to set a convenient moving date. Both pick-up and delivery teams were great, they coordinated all activities properly without any issues or delays. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. Dealing with so polite employees was a real pleasure. Not only were they on time and efficient, but also offered a reasonable quote. They are the best service providers I’ve ever dealt with! I will consider Best interstate moving and storage team for my next move for sure.
I’m a little bit frustrated with Best Interstate Moving + Storage. I provided in accurate inventory, has so many review site said to do, and I still had a price increase at pick up. It wasn’t anything crazy, but $1000 does add up to a lot of money for me. Everything else went to plan, but this did make it kind of sore experience for me. If this didn’t happen I would’ve given them five out of five stars.
Best Interstate Moving + Storage provided me with the best service. Every time at any time I called they assisted me with through the entire way. There were some minor details that could of been better but did not have anything to do with this companies service it just happened to be the other subbed out company used that did not have the best work ethics. I told this company if needed I would recommend them always as long as they stop working with that other subbed out company. Everyone I spoke to at Best Interstate Moving + Storage was great though. They were definitely there to help me. Not to mention, I got a pretty good price, if I do say so myself.
