Atlantis Van Lines

I used Atlantis van lines to move a relatively small load (about 3 rooms) from two different sources to a rural location 4 hours away. They were prompt, efficient, very careful, and very pleasant to deal with. When we got to the final location we found furniture had been moved into the living room, and needed to be removed before we could unload. They cheerfully did the extra work. I've never had a better moving experience.

Atlantis van lines was responsible for the easiest move of my life. The crew of four men worked so efficiently for a few hours packing up my 3-bedroom apartment. I believe their speed has saved me a lot of money. I sometimes wonder if these movers put up a face or if they are really that friendly! Either way, my possessions were safely delivered to my new house. The men even offered to assemble the furniture for me. After how helpful they had already been, I just couldn’t make them do that too! I give these guys big thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Atlantis Van Lines Movers in Bayonne, NJ were horrible. I contacted the company 60 days in advance for my move. I initially spoke with an extremely nice gentlemen who goes by the name Frank. Frank provided me with a very nice quote and because the quote was within my budget I selected the company. The week of my move (Monday, Oct 26th 2020) I sent an email to Frank to confirm move date and time movers would arrive. He replied with confirmation. Well, two days prior to my move I receive an email from Gregory (never spoke to him) requesting that I call to confirm my move. I thought it to be strange because I just confirmed with Frank. Any way, I called and requested to speak with Gregory. This guy was very rude. He said, not too nicely "you're rude!" I was taken aback by this remark and replied who is this? He said Gregory. "why haven't you returned my calls?" I said you never called me. He said yes I did. So, I ask what number you called and it turned out he called my home number when in fact I specifically requested to be contacted via mobile. Anyway, he asked can I switch my move date. I told him unfortunately, I cannot. He said okay we will be to your home at 5pm. I was told by Frank that the movers would arrive at 9am and because of this hired additional helpers who were scheduled to arrive at 8am. I voiced this to Gregory he became extremely irate and told me that he doesn't want my business find someone else. This he told me 2 days prior to my move. I was distraught. It's the end of the month how can I find someone to move me at such short notice. Suffice it to say I did and I will never do business or recommend this company to anyone else. Horrible, Horrible.

The guys from Atlantis van lines reinstated my faith in the need for training. The man on the phone, when I called them, was very well informed and took no time in calling me back with a quote. The movers were very well trained. Their experience showed in the way they worked around my house. It took them just a few hours to finish wrapping up my 3-bedroom house. Watching these guys in their element was breathtaking. I have rarely seen such efficient movers before. They made the delivery on the scheduled date and nothing was broken or damaged. I can certainly understand how their training has turned them into moving machines.

I know it’s a job but my heart always went out to people doing things that I can’t possibly do. The movers from Atlantis van lines were just unbelievably hard working. They showed up early on the moving day and got to work immediately. Their packing skills were seriously out of this world. Every single piece was packed so delicately. The moving process went without any issues. The delivery was made right on time and not one piece suffered any damage. Only then I realized how mind-blowingly skilled and hard working the movers really were. I couldn’t help admiring these amazing movers.
