As I explained to the manager at Aragon Moving Systems. The movers were beyond professional and very easy to work with. However the truck they sent was too small even after I provided an inventory and then a verbal update days before the move to note additional appliances. We were forced to leave over $1500 in appliances behind. They offered to go back and complete the pickup of the remaining items but we already arranged to sell them to the neighbors and donate the rest. I did not find their customer service to be 5 star as they did not show a whole lot of concern when we called in to complain about the disregarded items. All companies make mistakes, I understand that, but offering not even half of the item's value for over $1500 in property loss is beyond insulting. After the move was completed I did receive a phone call from one of the managers who apologized and offered additional compensation which I appreciated. I would give them another chance in the future.

I was a little apprehensive when I started my research because both me and my friends had some terrible experiences with our previous moves. Also, I was worried for the destiny of my antique furniture, but Aragon movers handled it with the utmost care. In fact, from the first phone call I felt that I could trust these guys. I was amazed by their commitment to the job and the level of professionalism they showed. Although I was stressed out these days, they made me feel more comfortable and relaxed about the move.
