THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE STAR REVIEWS. Every bad review on this company is 100% accurate & is exactly what my experience was with Apex. When you 1st talk to them they don't tell you that they are not the actual moving company & will be sub-contracting you out & completely wash their hands once they take the initial deposit. They make it sound like they are the movers & the price they are quoting you is the final price. The contract they give you is a binding contract meaning the price is nit suppose to change on the day of the move, but i believe they only do this to lure people in. The rep I spoke with Tim gave me a quote which I was comfortable with so decided to go with them. He swore up & down that he knew exactly what he was doing, he is an expert at this because he had been doing this for many years so the price, he was quoting me was 100% accurate & that there would be no surprises on the day of my move. Well on the day of my move, after they load the truck with my entire house, they tell me that it's going to be $2,000 more because the space reserved was less than the space used in realty. Which is BS because i didn't add more items to the inventory. They specifically load your stuff 1st before they tell you it's going to be more because now, they can hold all your belonging hostage & leave you no choice but to agree to the new quote/amount due. Apex provided no support or no communication. Had issues with the mover & Apex was absolutely no help. They did nothing to help with the company they hired to move my stuff. Once they take your money, they stop answering your calls. You can leave message after message NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. When you 1st call them they don't explain things well or actually they completely lie to you, they defiantly over promise & under deliver & they will absolutely be of no help with concerns during & after the actual moving process. The movers they use are even worse. I will defiantly be reporting Apex & they moving company to BBB, DOT & the Attorney General office & will be leaving my review anywhere & everywhere possible. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR WOULD I EVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM.
They were able to accommodate us on short notice. Super communicative. Super friendly and fast. Was done in under 2 hours. Very gentle with all the furniture. Would hire them again and would definitely recommend them for anyone.
The customer service is brilliant! Accurate quote to show up on time and completed our move very efficiently. They took good care of our stuff and worked hard right from the time of arrival. The hourly rate is very reasonable. Will recommend it to anyone moving!
