The crew actually arrived a little early and quickly set up a very effective system of loading. The guy in the apartment leg of the system was strong as an ox. When I called to say that a cushion was missing, the owner put out an APB on the cushion and called me back an hour later to update me on his progress. I am really so lucky that I chose their service!
