This company is breaking the law and does not honor their contracts with their customers. This company commits fraud by setting one set of pricing guidelines and services only for the customer on the day of the move receive an entirely separate set of rules and additional pricing that they attempt to forcefully get you to pay by threatening to cancel your move knowing the delicate position that most families find themselves while making such an expenditure. It is predatory and it is illegal. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE and please report them.
Beware of this company. It is an absolute SCAM. I booked a move about a month in advance of 6/26/2021. They had no problem taking my deposit that day. Then two days before the move, I spoke with the company to confirm everything. I was advised that the following day, 6/25/2021, I would get a call to confirm an appointment window. Well I got a call in the afternoon of 6/25 to CANCEL my appointment for the next day. I had a move scheduled for 6/26, with a one year baby, and they cancelled the day before. Both the Customer Service rep and the "Supervisor" (who has the professionalism of a 5th grader, were unable to even work with me given the bind I was left in. I ended up having to hire movers at an expedited rate and it cost me $2700.00 to move a two bedroom condo. The oh so helpful supervisor promised I would at least get a refund for my deposit so I could take her suggestion and "go get another mover". My card has not been refunded.
