All Coast Moving Group

Our experience with All Coast wasn't bad but the van line that they hired to perform the actual move was problematic. We did have some issues with our move but overall All Coast was responsive. It is important to understand when you sign with All Coast that they act as a broker and do not perform the actual move. Be sure you research the actual mover before moving forward. This can save you a ton of money and stress in the long run.

After reviewing the estimate they provided me with a contract, after reading over the contract I asked the agent questions regarding cancelation and returning of a deposit. The contract stated it could only be returned within three days if placing the order, or if the BOL had been signed and three days had past. When I called her out in this , she ASSURED me, that the deposit would be returned, per some other clause in the contract, if one cancels service prior to services rendered, foolish of me to trust someone. A few weeks pass, after seeing not so great reviews online, not only about their deposit lie but their other business practices I call to cancel. The rep I worked with was very uninterested in helping me, as they already had my money, and after advising I wanted to cancel and be refunded my deposit, she would only answer direct questions from that point on. When I said I would like to cancel, her response was “ok”, I advised the site says you have to cancel in writing, to which she responded, “you have to email info”, I say “is that an email address?” She replies yes, info@ blah blah blah. I thank her and hang up. Had I not probed she never would’ve told me the email address to notify in writing. Not once did she mention I was out of my window to cancel and receive my deposit. I proceed to send an email in writing and request my cancellation and return of my deposit. Three days pass and no response. I call their customer service rep who advises me that they received my cancelation but was not due a return of my deposit because of what was mentioned above. After an unsuccessful argument I end the call. To see if I had a dealing with a “bad egg” I call their number back from a different phone and, using an alias, request a new quote. A male is my “salesman” this time around and assures me yet again until services are rendered one can cancel and receive a return of their deposit, minus 10% process. After he sends me another estimate I request a full contract to review that had the same wording as the first. Upon calling him back, he then stumbles to work his way around his previous “stretch of the truth” to better “explain” what he meant by full refund of the deposit. Needless to say, i haven’t received my deposit back and will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals Office. If you want to give money to a company that hires out moves to the lowest bidder, isn’t completely clear and forthcoming while they sale you their product over the phone, then very unhelpful when you try to work through a cancelation, be a fool like I was and work with All Coast Moving Group.

Hi my name is Susan and I hired All Coast Moving Group on 1/20/23. They arrived the next day and the movers were very quick to get started. I did appreciate that they didn't seem to waste time to run up the clock like some other companies may have done. They got everything packed and shipped off and the whole thing was very simple. I just finished putting everything away today on 2/6 and everything is in the condition it left in.

Really good team overall they were fantastic! They were fast too which is always a plus because the whole point of hiring a team was to speed up the process. The mvoe itself was somewhat far and getting everything packed into the truck wouldve taken me several days but they did it in a couple of hours. Im glad i finally decided to hire a moving team and im glad I went with All Coast

Small time move that wasnt anything crazy but it was pretty last minute and I was having trouble really nailing down a company I felt comfortable with. I found All Coast Moving Group and from the first phone call I knew they wouldn't muck it up because they were very professional and to the point. Im glad I hired this team and you will be too if you give them a chance!
