WOST WORST WORST The MOST unethical company I have ever dealt with. if you read all the reviews you will see they have every fraudulent and backhanded trick to try and nickel and dime you to extort you during your move. I unfortunately booked a move with this company without realizing how terrible they are, and they never even showed up on my moving day (probably for the best)! I had to find a last minute moving company as my apartment lease was up the next day. to make matters even worse, they're refusing to return the very large deposit I had to put on file with them despite never even showing up for the job. Please DO NOT use this company, and avoid the worst business to consumer experience of your life. for long distance moves, I recommend a service like U-Box, zippy shell, or U-Pack, who are much more customer focused. Also, please notice every single response is 1 star! the 5-star responses are all written by the company's own employees (very obviously). I worked with Tina, Luke, and Sierra the office manager. all of which were truly terrible experiences
My manager gave me the number of All American Relocation Group. They came in a couple of hundred bucks lower than everybody else. So I went with them. They were very conscientious and careful with the furniture, and they made the move and everything very smooth. And I enjoyed a trouble-free experience. I am very appreciative of the service I received. Thank you all for a pleasant moving experience.
For starters, I had to make an emergency move alone. Everyone knows that moving (even with your own people) is a tiring experience. The bewildering number of decisions to be made, the priorities to make- it all gets too much. That sense of being at the mercy of fate. I finally caved in and called All American Relocation Group. They came to my rescue immediately and completed the job professionally. I would give this crew 10 if I could. They were that good. The eagerness to do the hard work that movers perform is one thing, but the ability to soothe a worried and nervous customer takes real heart. You won’t be disappointed if you hire these guys.
I’ve moved a bunch of times. But this was my best experience with All American Relocation Group. I had gotten several quotes from moving companies but I chose these guys because their price was cheaper than the rest for what I was getting.
