They made it as smooth as possible, moving from one side of the country to the other. My driver, James, was in contact with me before he came out to pack; during the packing, he was very engaged and handled his team well. He contacted me while he was in transit across the country to update me. He contacted me when he got into town, and he was again very engaged with his team during the unloading process. The packers were very personable and paid close attention to what I needed and asked for. The unpackers did well too. We are satisfied with the service James and his team provided. He even let my boys sit in the moving truck and take pictures when he was done unloading us.

Such a simple and enjoyable experience. Four guys arrived and loaded my two bedroom. They disassembled what couldn't fit in the elevator and carefully wrapped my belongings. They were amusing and laid-back. When I arrived at my house, they placed items where I requested and completed the job in less than the scheduled time. Because it was raining outside, they used moving blankets and covers to keep my carpet from getting wet. Everything was in good condition and had been properly accounted for. I strongly recommend it.

I scheduled a move with them and they GROSSLY underestimated the volume I had. Someone called 2 days before the move for “quality control” and said given my inventory, it would cost about twice as much. This company had no intention of moving the inventory I outlined for the price they quoted, so I cancelled my move with them. I have been unable to reach them to have my $1033 deposit refunded, not to mention associated costs of living when a move is delayed. They were unresponsive to the Better Business Bureau. This company is a scam.

Excellent communication, we weren’t confused or wondering what was next.

Overall, the experience was very positive. The whole process was straightforward, and Thomas was very accommodating.
