I just had to move for a new job offer I had gotten. I was very nervous because I had never moved before. I had no clue where to start! Orlando Express Movers helped me throughout my entire move. They walked me through how my move would take place and even sent me tips for efficient packing for a long distance move. At pickup, there were a few things that I was unable to pack by myself, so the movers helped me get them packed for a small increase in my bill. There was a slight delay in my delivery because the truck had broken down. It wasn't anything major, but I was definitely a little stressed. Once the truck was fixed, I got my delivery about 3 days later. I had a few furniture items that had a few scratches on the sides, but Orlando Express Movers provided me with all of the information that I needed in order to file a claim and helped me with the process. All in all, hopefully, I don't have to move again anytime soon BUT I would definitely use Orlando Express Movers again!
