All employees are knowledgeable about the field and are also go through screening regularly so that each move runs smooth. Furthermore, Presto Logistics is a member of the Business Alliance and has also received a five star rating from the Business Journal. Presto is a full service moving company which would include disassembly, packing of all items safely and securely, and unloading and assembly of all furniture. The movers will do it all for you. Nonetheless, you will not have to lift a single finger if you do not want to.

Terrible Service, Staff and no Accountability for damages! The Crew in California was actually quite good, professional and all in all did a fairly good job loading the truck and packing up our furniture. No complaint. They picked up our belongings on 4/12/24. When the truck arrived in Texas, well that is a whole different story. Horrible service to say the least for 10K paid all in advance. Truck arrived in Austin on 4/21/24 at 1:30pm. The contract indicated that we would have 4 movers and we were sent only three. The 3 movers arrived at 1:30 pm and were gone by 4:30 pm. They did not assemble our furniture, that in Irvine was dismantled. They left most everything delivered to Texas in the garage or in the living room area. They were in a hurry to leave and to get elsewhere. One employee was verbally abusive and continuously made Racial Slurs to me, and my father. He threw our boxes and furniture up the stairs with absolutely no care. This employee also assaulted me physically by throwing small pieces of broken furniture at me. We immediately called the Austin Police Department police and filed a Police Report for this abuse and for racial discrimination. Little was assembled by the movers, (beds and bedroom sets, bedroom wardrobe, living room furniture, etc..) items such as our television was broken, furniture in my baby's room purposely broken by the employee listed above, boxes were thrown up the stairs as if it were garbage, while at least another 32 boxes are still left sitting in my garage and need to be taken upstairs. We had to mount all of our furniture ourselves and carry them piece by piece upstairs when we hired Presto to do this job. We contacted Presto by phone and were promised that our TV would be replaced, and reasonable compensation. No TV replaced and No compensation. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a moving company as Presto Movers employs people (at least at destination; from our first-hand experience ) that are not professionals. Presto movers does not take responsibility for their staff performance, the delivery of furniture in the same condition given to them, nor do they render services promised.

Our cross country move cost over $27,000. The movers, especially the delivery team, damaged multiple pieces of furniture, packed by them, causing over $5,400 in actual, documented damages. The moving team was rushed, sloppy, and reeked of Weed. The lead Presto driver, repeatedly expressed his embarrassment over the condition of the delivery and promised that his boss, Henry, would take care of it. He did not take care of it. Instead, Henry tried to blame us, the victims, for not purchasing his excessively expensive insurance up-charge. The insurance company offered $300 in reimbursement and Henry offered to raise it to $700. Paltry sums compared to the total damage. Presto and Henry, refused to take responsibility for their actions. The episode is similar to someone with terrible insurance, smashing into the back of your car, causing major damage, then claiming he is not responsible for anything more than what his lousy insurance company offers. In short, be prepared to spend a ton of money on the move, have the movers damage your items and then be given the middle finger.

Great experience with this company. I needed to move out last minute for a personal matter and I called around frantically. Many companies tried to give us quotes over the phone but when Dave called he offered us an in home or video estimate. Because it was so last minute we went with the video estimate, Henry called right away and gave us a fair price for the move and got us scheduled for two days later. The office staff was very communicative, they let me know when the truck was arriving, they let me know when it left California and the driver reached out a few days before it arrived in Austin. The delivery was uneventful and everything came in good shape. Very happy to recommend Presto Movers to anyone who is looking.

Very very good experience. They moved my stuff to Michigan without any problems. Everyone was very nice to work with.
