United Choice Movers

This company is full of scammers! They gave us a quote 3400 and we asked if there were any other fees we need to to prepared for, they said "No". We asked if they would be sub contracting other movers they said "No". The movers came and there were additional fees and a mandatory 10% tip. Each time we called there were additional fees we needed to pay. Our agreement was july 1-5 delivery. They arrived july 11. We paid over 7000 in total. Our packages arrived crushed and all our electronics are broken including 3 televisions and speakers amounting to 6000. Please spread the word. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

These movers were fast and efficient. Very nice and professional. My only concern was that at the end they petered out. I had wanted my expensive dining room chairs wrapped and they wrapped the table not the chairs. They offered to come back an fix but at that point the truck was fully loaded and I was exhausted. Kudos that they were willing to do that at no extra charge. I appreciated united choice movers! So for that I will give them 5 stars

We planned a move from Georgia to Florida through your brokerage company for June 15th. The initial scheduled delivery date was that weekend on either June 17th or 18th. We made a verbal agreement with the moving company on ground, on request of both the movers, the dispatcher for the moving company, and ourselves, to change the move to a future date. I stipulated verbally and in writing that the date would be June 24, and wrote this date on the contract after the verbal confirmation had taken place, before witnesses and among all involved parties. Now this moving company, brokered through you, has arbitrarily selected next weekend to complete our move. We have already booked transportation and invested money and time in the previously written and verbally agreed to date. When I called your customer service department and requested to speak to management, I was told that would not be possible. We are now facing a difficulty financial situation and further time and money. Further, we feel that your company is backing movers who are not returning our calls and are not trying to make this situation right, rather than the customers who paid you thousands of dollars with the understanding that our move would at least follow some basic standards of care. We are requesting in good faith that this issue be worked out. We are attempting in all ways possible to resolve this issue and are asking for you, in our contract as our broker, to make us financially and legally whole and show us that you are operating your business in a way that meets the business statutes for the state of Florida with which you are registered.

The movers arrived on time and were very careful with all of my belongings. They also packed everything up quickly and efficiently, which helped to save me time and money. The prices were very reasonable compared to other moving companies that I researched.

I recently used United Choice Movers Company of America for a long-distance move, and I have to say, they did a great job. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, which made me feel confident in my decision to use their services.
