These guys were awesome. Incredibly quick and professional. I had a lot of stuff to move. They were on time and move all my stuff very carefully. Everything was wrapped and out the door in less than 2 hours. I'll be calling them for my next move.
They wrapped all of our furniture carefully like it was their own. Our massive TV was moved with the utmost caution and wrapped with blankets, cardboard, and shrink wrap. This was the first stress-free move I’ve had all because these guys were awesome!
It is a complete scam, they do not do the moving, they sell you a bag of goods, then sell your job to a real moving company and then that company will end up charging you whatever rates they go by. It was difficult to actually find anything about this EVL and when I wanted to cancel my order of moving through them it took 7 phone calls to actually get it cancelled then I got hassled by Randy Knox and talk to like I was a dog. Luckily I was able to find out before missing the 72 hour cancellation period which is what they give you before charging you to cancel. All in all go with allied or a real reputable company to move. The only kind person who treated me with dignity was a supervisor Jerri after explaining frustration she helped me finish and get confirmation on cancelling. Over all terrible experience and service.
Moving can be so stressful, and hiring Elite Van Lines made my move a thousand times easier. They were easy to contact and very responsive. They also arrived with all my items on time, and it was hassle-free with paperwork. Also, I had to point out that none of my things were damaged for such a long distance. Recommend to anyone who is moving far away!
Man, these guys were amazing absolutely fantastic people to work with. They take the time to determine how to best pack your belongings and are able to fit a huge amount in the space while still being cautious about caring for your things. Highly recommend!
