Recently hired Cosmos to service my move down. I spoke to him several times before choosing them as I was naturally gathering quotes and opinions. He never pressured me or asked for money until I was ready to move forward, unlike every other company. Customer service was always good, there was always someone there to answer my questions and provide updates. I have used movers in the past and did not have the best experiences, but I am too old to try to do a long-distance move like this one myself. he showed me how to research movers and gave me factual information. I ended up having a few more items at pick up but the price stayed fair and the workers got in and out quickly on the day of. I received delivery promptly and was satisfied with the delivery crew as well. If I could change one thing it would be how they only set up an exact pickup day with you the day before the move, but they were fair and I believe they did as good of a job as possible so they deserve 5 stars. I will recommend this company to all of my friends and family moving.
