Adrian consistently goes above and beyond on project-related work requests. He's eager to help and make changes/adjustments as needed, sometimes on the fly. He takes pride in the work given and spends the extra time to get it right, so a follow-up trip is not needed. We're fortunate enough to have him as part of the team!
Paid a deposit, then $4,000 then $5,000 for five guys and a Ryder truck!! That was a scam!!!
Would give a zero stars if possible. Major Bait-n-switch. Quoted $7500.....ended up at over $12k. Brinks person misquoted. ..OK mistakes happen. Mover got there and added special packaging, fuel surcharge.....I agreed I would pay for what the mistake was in the quote as I dont expect something for nothing...but all the add-ons was ridiculous. And they weren't loading anything until I agreed, was stuck. Brinks was communicating that they would make an adjustment to the bill, due to their mistake....until I made final payment then they ghosted me. Major screw job. Dont ever use them....
Do not use this company it’s a scam. They’ll do anything they can to get your deposit, and then the jack the price up and refused to refund you your deposit. Sound familiar anyone? To the people on the phones get a real job and support a company that doesn’t scam people.
