Look no further! We had an excellent experience with them with our recent move. As everyone knows, moving can be very stressful especially when downsizing after 20 years. Still, they all were extremely professional and responsive from the first encounter, through moving day. They took care of everything, and helped us stay relaxed. I can't say enough about the crew that they have chosen for us. They were professional, courteous and funny, which helped make the day more pleasant than it could have been. They worked carefully and efficiently too. It was our 1st experience with the facilitating team, but I definitely recommend doing so! So much less stress!
This experience has been the worst! The cost doubled from what I was told, I never got a call back, was told my move would be on a Monday morning with 4 movers ended up being Tuesday at 5:00 and only 2 guys. I would NEVER use these guys..
The experience with them was seamless. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Excellent attention to detail, and they considered all our wishes. The movers they sent took great care of our bulky furniture and everything arrived in ideal condition. We plan to call them next time we have a moving project.
