Amazing service even with things goes wrong, they are a bunch of honest people who do their best to solve any issue immediately. The team appointed by Authority Moving Experts to my move was really lovely. The office staff, and especially Jonathan were great communicators, really friendly, and worked hard to get things done in a timely manner and make sure my move is smooth and properly coordinated. I had to move under somewhat stressful circumstances and they put me at ease straight away. I felt very considered and felt like they had my back the entire move. I would recommend this business to all my family and friends and will be requesting them again when I next move! Big thank you to my helpers, absolute lifesavers!
We used Authority Movers to move from a condo to a house. It was a very stressful day and they were excellent from start to finish. It was nice having Sal by our side, as he kept a finger on the pulse, and coordinated movers flawlessly. Their prices are very reasonable and good value for money. No job was too big and thanks to Sal they even came back in the evening to finish the job, as they had another customer and we had gone over the time. Great work, Joe replied straight away and the team he sent was super-efficient. Joe was responsive and helpful in coordinating the move (I was abroad while I organized the move). My moving was a small move out but it went well all through because of Joe’s professionalism and hardworking. Plus the quotation was a fair price. I thank you a lot for taking care of my case.
