United Nation Van LInes

The sales manager at United Nation Van Lines is a genius who really does a very good job of coordinating all the movers, vehicles and destinations. We were moving from our old house but all the items had to be split between three different destinations in New York, which was a headache even for me to organize. The movers took over and had everything color coded and marked before loading them in such a way that would have them unloaded in the right sequence. The sales manager kept us apprised of location updates all the way. What a guy, what a company!

Really professional movers who have their priorities right. We had a last minute change of plans that forced us to delay our move and they accommodated us at no extra cost. I think that’s not very common in this industry. Besides that great dose of customer satisfaction, the movers themselves were very nice, and were very polite to my elderly parents so that earns them bonus points (and tips). There is nothing really that I can find wrong in the entire move so I would definitely use them again in the future.

A few weeks before I had to move, I started asking friends and family for recommendations and the United Nation Van Lines came up a number of times. Based on my personal experience after my move, I totally understand why they got such high marks from everybody else who has used them before. The two movers did a fantastic job of carefully packing our things which is why nothing was broken on delivery. They delivered it right on time, too, just like we were promised and that made settling into our new home that much easier. I would use them again.

We settled on using United Nation Van Lines out of a field of a dozen candidates based pretty much on the conversations we had with them about how costs were calculated. Only one other company gave us the same type of clear and uncomplicated answers as these guys. This told us right away that the others were probably trying to scam us with low quotes at the start that would become huge added expenses with the ‘terms and conditions’. We chose this company and I think it was the right call given that we had no issues with cost, timing or anything else.

This was our second move using United Nation Van Lines in less than five months and so the sales manager offered us a really good deal even when he did not have to. I guess that is what they call retaining your customers – we will definitely not even consider any other moving company after such a generous gesture. The guys on the moving team are always reliable and good workers. They arrive on time and finish the move with time to spare. We could not have asked for a better move.
