With Sunset moving and storage group nothing can go wrong! I’ve moved quite often in the past and I know how bad moving companies can affect the outcome of the move. I was disappointed oftentimes and I was hesitant about hiring another moving company. Researching local movers took me quite some time, but it paid off eventually. Sunset movers handled my precious items gently and delivered them right on time. There were no unpleasant surprises during the move. More importantly I didn’t incur additional charges. I paid the exact amount I signed up for and doing business with them was a real pleasure!
I hired Sunset Moving & Storage Group for my recent local move. I am very happy to share that I had a great experience. Even though it was not a large more, they still came out prior to pickup to do an in-home estimate. There were 3 guys for pickup who arrived on time and immediately began working. Both the pickup and delivery locations were on the 4th floor and they made it look so easy when moving larger items up and down flights of stairs. I did not have any issues with broken or damaged items or any damages to either locations. I can not say enough good things about this company!
I booked with Sunset Moving & Storage Group a couple months ago. I did not have any issues during my move, all of the employees really nice to speak to. My delivery didn’t take too long, it was only about a week. Which was exactly what I was expecting. It was a company moves so I need to get my items in the short amount of time. I was able to speak to customer service about this and they did accommodate me. I would recommend this company to family and friends, as well as use them again with my future company knows.
After contacting several moving companies, Sunset Moving&Storage group seemed like the most budget-friendly choice. As I needed to move out on short notice, to be honest, I was hoping for the best since I didn’t have much time to plan the move properly. To sum up, aside from those ‘’difficulties’’, movers didn’t handle my belongings carefully, there were lots of bumps and scratches. And what’s more, a box with my kids’ toys was lost. Unfamiliar environment and missing kids’ toys caused a lot of headaches upon arrival. No wonder why they were so upset and disturbed all night long after we moved in. If you are in quest of reliable movers, just keep searching. You can do better than this. I’m really not sure if it was just a bad luck or their incompetence, but I won’t be using their services again for sure as I didn’t get the service I paid for.

We knew we would be unable to pack up our entire house and drive with a 6 month old baby across country. The guys I spoke to at Sunset Moving & Storage made my wife and I feel comfortable and assured us they would handle everything from packing, loading, driving and unloading. Moving is a very stressful experience but it doesn't have to be if you hire the correct people to get the job done.
