This company did a great job over all. I was talking with a lot different companies and decided that it was in my best interest to go with Quest Moving. They were allowing and offering a lot of what I was looking for ina moving company. They were also about to give me specifics with times frames for pick up (which I needed for my work) They were super friendly, and moved everything in great timing with no issues. What a great company.
I moved with Quest moving twice within the last 3 years. They absolutely deserve my trust and I will be contacting them if I have to move again in the future. They treated my items with respect and with the utmost care. I really appreciate their commitment and efficiency. They handled everything in a timely manner and I had my items delivered as promised. There was a minor damage and they offered a fair settlement in the end so everything turned out perfectly. They were pleasant and professional and I didn’t incur any additional charges at all. I am overall pleased with Quest Moving LLC and their services provided. I used them for my most recent move and I had a few issues that I feel could have been avoided. The drivers were late for pickup and I did not receive a call, I had to call into their office. The driver and his crew knew right away there would be additional charges before they even started loading. I did add a few more items to the list I had previously provided and some items were apparently larger than expected. I did not really have a choice as my lease was ending and I agreed there were in fact more items. I felt the driver could have explained everything a little better but this was all new information for me. I was able to speak with someone at their office who took the time to go over everything which made a lot more sense. I received updates throughout my move and I was able to speak with the driver directly. I did notice a few scratches to some of my items and a few of my picture frames arrived broken. However, they did provide me with claims information which I received a refund for those items. Overall I would give them 3 out of 5 stars.
A friend recommended I use Quest Moving when I decided to move to Nevada. I am extremely neurotic about my sentimentals and valuables. The customer service manager learned this when I called 10 times the first day just to be sure the truck hasn't crashed. She then proceeded to call me with regular updates which put me at ease. Knowing that I'm not just another transaction and that they actually care about my stuff was truly spectacular. Everything arrived in perfect condition and quicker than I expected. They really went above and beyond to make this move as easy as possible. However, several pieces of furniture were damaged; there was no organization to their packing or loading; the actual movers did NOT communicate well at all; my wife and I were both moving into new jobs and they put us in a very bad position by not moving us in a timely fashion and all the headache they caused us both which produced many arguments between us and a very poor way to end our move and start new lives. They ultimately ended up reaching out and completely rectifying the situation. We are happy to hear this above all else!
My wife found Quest Moving on the internet after the previous moving company we arranged cancelled on us last minute. They were able to give us a quote based off the information we provided to our previous company and arrange a pickup for the following day! The driver and his moving crew called us about 2 hours before they were supposed to arrive at our home and explained they would be a few hours late which we were unhappy about but they still managed to get most of the packing and loading done on the first day. They came back the next day to finish loading and completed within a few hours. We were able to call in and request updates as much as we wanted and we were contacted 2 days before the delivery date with an update on when to expect the driver and his crew for the delivery end. Some of our items showed up damaged and we were missing one of our dressers which we filed a claim for. They did find our missing item and we received compensation for the damaged items as well as the delay in the pickup. Overall I would give them 3.5 out of 5 as they were able to accommodate us but there is room for improvement on the care that goes into making sure the items are safely delivered.
