Loved them. It was scorching heat and heavy boxes, but the whole time I did not hear a whine. Not one a single one. Eric Was professional and friendly at the same time. In all the rush,I forgot about my cat hiding behind the bed. That boys could've created a scene or inconvenience but both Eric and Shawn, were courteous to both my cat and I. Small little things, like the way they responded to him, made me very happy with their service. Shawn was a cheerful lad, tried to keep conversation and did a great job. Hopefully I don't have to move soon but when I do, I know I'd call for budget movers and preferably ask specially for the same people- Eric and Shawn.

My family of four moved from Florida to Texas late July and are so thankful we chose Powerpack Moving! Arthur, Rod and their team were absolutely wonderful from the beginning until the end. All of our belongings arrived at our new house within just a few days, in tact ... nothing damaged, nothing missing. Since this was our very first out-of-state move, we were nervous, but Arthur and their customer service team kept us informed and followed up with updates on a constant basis. I am so grateful for their dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this service.

Extremely impressed with this company!! Not like other movers I have dealt with. From the initial call to schedule an estimate, Arthur was excellent and explained their process, with outstanding follow-up skills. All furniture was wrapped up and secured with NO DAMAGE to anything. Even though there were some tight turns to get the furniture where we wanted it in the house, they did it with no damage to the woodwork. The move was completed on a 90 degree day in 5-1/2 hours. The entire crew was personable and courteous.....Clarance and eric were extremely knowledgeable, communicative and on top of everything. Could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend this company.

I was selling my home and this was Part 2 of a the move, where now we just needed to move most of the furniture that had been left for staging as well as bins and boxes. We had used a different company for the Part 1 move and between the time and scrapes/dents they left behind, we wanted to use someone else (lesson learned not to go with the cheapest quote). We found Powerpack moving online, saw they had a lot of positive reviews and gave them a call. The person we spoke with on the phone was very professional and friendly, gave us all the details and we decided to book them right there and then. Fast forward to Moving Day, Shawn and Eric arrived on time and were fantastic! They were professional, friendly, efficient and accommodating with all my asks and questions. I really appreciated their communication throughout to ensure we were on the same page. One of the biggest highlights for me is they were able to get my recliner and couch down to the basement (it was a tight squeeze but they made it look easy). You could tell they were VERY experienced movers.

Was skeptical using a service like this at first and reading through reviews, but took a chance and surprisingly wasnt disappointed. Went above and beyond expectations!
