It was my first move of this sort, so I was a bit uneasy going into it. They were very organized from getting the first quote to moving day, where they arrived ahead of schedule and worked quickly throughout the whole day. Impressive.

They were very professional and extremely fast. The move from my SF apartment was a big, difficult job. They were totally focused on doing the job as quickly as possible. Absolutely amazing! This was a big move estimated to take 8 hours, but they accomplished it in 6 hours. I was so impressed. Highly recommend them!
Pinnacle Moving came recommended from some friends, and Robert, Harry, and Mike were punctual and were very respectful of my place and possessions and willing to make changes or take directions. They were respectful of my neighbors and took them into consideration.
They were communicative. With each of my last-minute requests, they were incredibly gracious and kind and did everything with a smile. PLUS - they moved FAST. We had a few different stops and starts, and drop off and pickups, and a piano on the second floor - but they did it all with grace and professionalism. If only all movers were this good.
