Pretty smooth sailing with peapack. I had a lot of big items to move and I wanted someone trustworthy and hands on so I could focus on all the other things associated with relocating. Mark and Tom were my movers and they were extremely nice and went the extra mile to make sure my stuff was safely getting in and out of the truck. It was really nice to know that my personals were safely packed. Customer service was on point, they were very clear and helpful with any questions I had. My stuff even got there a day early before I arrived in LA. I’m not planning on moving again any time soon, but I’ll definitely be coming back when that time comes. 5 stars
My husband was away in india and these guys made me feel so comfortable and confident that they would securely move my belongings. They assured me that they would take great care of my furniture that we had passed down from Dr. Nejad’s parents . I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is moving. They took great care of me while my husband was gone.
Had a pleasant experience with a moving company for once in my life. From start to finish peapack took care of my family’s move. Spoke with John For a few days before pulling the trigger. He walked me Through all the do’s and don’ts and also encouraged me to include stuff in my move that I would have never thought of.... like special packing for my glass table tops. Wardrobe boxes for my closet where they just picked my clothes right out of the closet on the hangers and put them right in a box. The movers were excellent. Efficient. Kind. The move didn’t take too long. And everything arrived at my house within the two week window described, and nothing was broken. Which is a flippen miracle. I have had moves before where there were lots of damages. So to have things arrive intact was a super plus. Also this is what john explained to me would Happen when I elected for extra paid packing. Which I why I did it. My advise always pay for extra packing!!!! It’s worth it. Love these guys. Will be reccomending the go fam and friends.
