Mighty Movers was one of the best moving companies I have used and was referred to me by a friend that has used them on several moves. The guys were professional organized and handled my personal affects with the utmost respect. If I needed an item moved they made sure it was centered appropriately and asked my opinion after they placed the furniture in the designated space. I did not have any breakage and they carefully wrapped each item. When space was limited they strategized on the best way to get items up the stairs. Boxes were stacked so that I could still maneuver around without injuring myself. I plan on using this company again when I get ready to move out of state.
Called Mighty Movers during an emergency, when I needed almost everything moved out of our home and into storage. We had a water leak that was undetected for at least a week. Mighty Movers provided the moving service, stress-free, in a very professional manner. The movers and the person I was in speaking with on the phone communicated and treated me the way I like. I also received text updates as well. I give 5-stars because, in addition to the excellent moving service, their customer service puts them over the top! I also hired Mighty Movers to move back into my home. Both times, the movers worked around the other people we hired, such as the plumbers, electricians, water mitigation team, and cleaners.
Two movers came in and did all of the heavy lifting and worked hard. Very impressed.

Overall, the move went smoothly. However, they showed up nearly two hours late and the move took much longer than expected. Given the fact that I was moving from a one-bedroom apartment to another less than a mile apart, the move should not have taken 4 full hours. While the movers were a little slow and less efficient than I would have expected given their experience and previous reviews, everything arrived in one piece, which is the most important part.
