High Priority Movers

I and my fiancé moved from FL to IL. We needed to find a moving company that was able to deliver to another state (a far one might I add). That's a long trip and we had quite a few things. This company took that into account and were extremely professional every step of the way. They are prompt and the price was excellent. Overall, I had a positive, stress-free experience with High priority movers during a very stressful time!

I hired them for my move from NY to FL. Should be simple right? Straight down 95? Nope. Howard in "dispatch" guaranteed me that they'll arrive on time, didn't happen. Howard said that my price will only change if I changed my order, which is understandable. I expected the price to change because I decided NOT to take my living room set. Well, when the truck finally arrived 3 days LATE, the movers said the price went UP?!?! I have 1,000lbs less furniture and the price went up?!? I called High Priority and asked why this was happening and they explained that the company they hired to move me (bc they're a broker, not a real moving company) has their own prices and High Priority only gives estimates. So I have to pay more money to move less furniture. I feel scammed and Howard said there's nothing he can do, despite being the "Dispatch Manager". WTF does that even mean "dispatch manager"?? You don't dispatch anything bc you have no trucks. What are you managing? You can't even give a real estimate to move me. Oh and most of my stuff arrived broken and their insurance is crap too. They'll cover something like 25 cents per pound of damaged furniture

I am SO pleased with how everything went. Moving cross country is stressful enough; needless to say they were also moving my piano which made me very nervous at first! The piano showed up incredible and even held its tune!! A serious Godsend, I worked so hard to find a decent company. High priority movers went above and beyond. I have already referred the company to many friends. I liked the professional demeanor of the movers. I also really appreciated the customer service. When I called everyone was very nice, not pushy and it really felt as if I was calling a smaller office. A bit odd here this next comment but it was a pleasant surprise: I also got the feeling that everyone there knows each other and gets along pretty well.

These individuals are so fantastic, therefore person. Moving is constantly so stressful, yet they were with me the entire way from evacuating my old, to unpacking in my new, also when I was a crazy basket instance. I am so pleased by just how well they made the effort to wrap up all my breakables to make sure whatever obtained there unharmed. They did whatever to make certain I was dealt with. I could not be more completely satisfied!!

I had a great experience with High priority movers. I had a short time frame for my move and was nervous that the 3 hours I received the quote for wouldn't be enough time, but the movers were so efficient and fast that they finished just in time. They even disassembled and reassembled our king size bed frame! They were professional and used care with protecting the items/boxes that were fragile. The price was affordable and a great value. I definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.
