They helped us move recently. Everything was perfect. Their quote is reasonable to other movers in AL. The movers were really fast and professional, and Tom was very communicative. We offered them tips because of their hard work. They did a great job for me. I highly recommend them!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They tell you they will beat any quote that you get, and that's because the quote they give you doesn't matter. I booked them for a move that was supposed to have cost $8,000. A third party company showed up and after they had already moved half of our furniture into some storage, they told us it was actually going to cost over $16,000. Of course we couldn't afford that. And they would only return our furniture to us if we paid them $4,000. In the end, we were out of the deposit we gave Gold Standard and out $4k. Also, we had to move ourselves. I called Gold Standard, and they blamed me for what happened, saying that I must have told them the wrong amount of items, and pretty much said it was not their problem. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Our move was supposed to have been stress free, but instead, it was a nightmare.
