Forward van lines gave me an absolutely stress free moving. The moving crew and actually everyone in the company including sales person who booked my relocation were all helpful. We haven't packed our items, but the movers did it so carefully and fast. They moved us very quickly and checked to ensure that nothing was missing. Thank you guys for made our relocation so easy and smooth.
The weather was terrible on the day I was moving and I figured the movers from Forward van lines would arrive late. But, to my utter surprise, the movers pulled up in front of my house right on time even in the terrible weather. They were very efficient during the whole pack and load process. I was worried for damp on the way but all my belongings traveled really well. They didn’t even charge me any premium for the pathetic weather they had to deal with. I am ecstatic with satisfaction.
There is nothing I did not like about Forward van lines crew members. They were hard working and demonstrated great professionalism in packing my things, and great skills and experience in navigating through the corners in my narrow corridor which also forced them to carry my belongings for quite a distance to the truck. However, they did this without any complaints and only took short breaks between the long hours of the day. I already suggested them to my mate who's planning to move soon.
They were on time, careful with our things, fast and efficient. I had all my boxes packed, so I used them as a moving company not a packing company. That said they still wrapped all the furniture to cushion it during the move. My kids LOVED watching them wrap up the furniture. The whole 5 man team was very patient with my little ones who, despite my best efforts, kept following them around to see what they would do next. Overall, very satisfied and they did an amazing job!
Moving has always been so hectic for me. Even hiring moving companies didn’t help as they were only slightly less inefficient than us. But then I hired Forward van lines to move my belongings who changed my mind completely. I lived in a hard-to-reach farm. The movers arrived there on time very easily. Most people really struggled with that address. They were very efficient packing all the things I was taking with me. They even cleaned up rest of the things before leaving, which I’m very thankful to them for. They were done with my huge farm pretty quickly; it was commendable to say the least. They delivered on time too. This move couldn’t have gone easier.
