I utilized Continental moving and storage when I redid my hardwood floors. They moved everything out of the house, and then back in after the project was completed. They were fantastic! They were fast but very careful with my furniture and belongings. I was very impressed with their pace, and that they didn't try to take advantage of being paid by the hour. They kept moving one heavy thing after another! Nothing was damaged, as they were very careful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a moving company!

This a bad moving company. 2 boxes and 1 luggage were STOLEN. All my furniture and appliances were damaged, 2 heater and 2 stand fans were broken and I had to throw them. Total loss and damage was more than $2000. They offer me $1687 for door to door moving service from KS to VA and made me pay $521 advance. after few days someone called me and did charged me another $193 as adjustment( As I became their victim). Not only that, when the driver came to pick up my items they charged me more money for packing 2/3 items and carrying few things from upper level to down stair. I paid moving cost for 3000 LB but the weight was 2489 LB. I was supposed to receive reimbursement of ($0.45*520)=$234. But never got the money back. I called them several times but the issue never got resolved. I wish I never hired a moving company.

I recently used this company for my relocation to Baton Rouge La. Initially I was working with a Rep by the name of Shannon. Shannon was very helpful and very thorough. As the time for the move approach, I attempted to contact Shannon with no success. 4 days before the move I call the office concerning not being able to contact Shannon and was advised that Shannon was out on medical leave. So now I was switch to Mike and he was the opposite of Shannon. He advise me that he would have called 2 days before the move to confirm. I advised his that Shannon stated she would contact me a week before the move to review everything and to make sure there were no changes that's why I called. He reviewed everything with me and I advised him of some changes and he noted them. He quoted me the amount that I was to have ready for the driver upon delivery. Well the day of delivery the driver called and arrived @ 10:00. When he arrived he wanted like double the amount of money that Mike had quoted me. That was not the amount that Mike advised me. I immediately called and spoke with Mike who stated that this company was new to them and that price was not acceptable. He had the guy take pictures of the furniture and send to him. The drivers are waiting outside in the truck and all of sudden they leave. Mike explains that now he has to find another company. Mind you I have to be in Baton Rouge in 4 days. All the arrangements were made with that time frame in mind. Mike found another company who could pick up on Saturday. Leaving me 2 days to get to Baton Rouge. When this driver came he stated the same thing that Continental had underestimated the cost . I ended up having to leave my sofa as that would cost me another 1000.00 to move. Spoke with Ryan cause I could not get ahold of Mike at this time. Ryan was the manager so he stated. He assured me there would be no more hiccups. Advised the driver of the date to delivery and he stated that would be no problem. 8 days latter driver calls and states he is delivering furniture tomorrow and I advised him that was not the date I told the driver as I am @ the state at this time. Spoke with Representative @ Integrated Moving Solutions. She stated that the driver would be there on the 12th and I advised her that he stated he was coming tomorrow and that is not what was arranged. She stated she would speak with driver and reroute the move for the next available date. It is now 4/18 almost one month and no furniture. I am unable to have anyone from Integrated give me a call and I have left numerous message. I have called and email Continental Moving asking to speak with a manager and Kaylynn calls, she stated she is customer service manger, and she states that someone from the company should be contact me concerning the move. I find it strange that she can get ahold of someone from Integrated and I am not. Kaylynn could not provide a contact name. She advised me to call the number once the company opens. I advised her I have called all day and no one returns calls. So I am now still waiting on my furniture. I will be contacting the BBB and my attorney as this is totally unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY......

The movers came in and got started quickly. They covered the carpet, and even though it was rainy that day there was no trace that they had walked on the carpets in either house. They completed the move in less time than originally estimated. Your service far exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone.

Continental Moving & Storage was recommended to me by a family member so we decided to go with them. They moved all of his stuff and also picked up a couple pieces from his mother's house. I am pregnant so I couldn't lift anything. They were really understanding and helped out with putting all of the boxes in the right places. They also wrapped/unwrapped the furniture and set it up for us. Super nice guys and I'm happy with their work.
