PLEASE PLESSE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I did against my better judgement and lost the use of my furniture. first 1. I received an estimate after I sent them a very detailed inventory of EVERYTHING that would be moved. They pressure you into making a deposit which is non-refundable. 2. when they came to load my belongings there was a very bad language barrier as the movers were Guatemalan. 3. they wrapped andmy furniture and loaded it themselves ( sofa , loveseat and arm-chair). it was Vintage Italian Leather. 4. They had to come to a 2nd place to finish loading my items and when they got there they informed me that it was going to,be way more then they had on the contract. II called the district office and was told that if i didn't pay them the money they were going to charge me and extra $200. So seeing as they had half of my belongings alreasdy loaded i just had to go ahead and pay them. It was awhole mess because the moving company told me to get Cashiers checks , which I did which cost m and they refused to take them. So i ended up doing a Zelle payment. Any way at the end they delivered my items and when they unwrapped my furniture it was cracked along the top wood trim on the sofa and the love seat. I put in a claim and am just now getting a letter of an awarded amount of $120.00 When i tried calling the moving company all phones are no longer working. This company is VERY FRAUDULENT. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.
Zero stars. This business is fraudulent. I put a deposit down and then cancelled within 12 hours. They said they’d send me a refund. 4 months later and nothing. Now the website and phone number are no longer working.
The movers handled the heavy lifting and transportation, while I took care of the packing. It was solid teamwork, man. Saved me time and saved my back from breaking. Trust me, this option is a winner!
The packing and shipping staff was top notch, and they went above and above to assist. We were able to get an early delivery because we negotiated with our carrier. Our shipment arrived at our new house entirely and without damage. The amount of praise I have for these individuals is limitless.
