Koolaupoko, Hawaii cannot sound too bad when it is included on the list of the most welcoming West Coast places to settle in, can it? This magnificent suburb of Honolulu is closely connected to it’s bigger brother. This connection means that jobs on demand are easy to come by. However, it brings all the good stuff that Hawaii can offer without the negatives. By the negatives, we mean the endless traffic jams in particular that are nonexistent. Depending on where you find employment, your daily commute may vary. Still, please bear in mind that local population in Koolaupoko, Hawaii commutes 27 minutes dailyThis is a big difference to more than an hour that you can get stuck in traffic in Honolulu. Comparing median home prices, we can say that Sammamish, Washington is still affordable. After all, we have just seen the home prices in Bay Area. Still, bear in mind that the home prices in Sammamish are on the rise. Therefore, now is the right time to invest.
