WEST COAST RELOCATION SYS INC.

I contracted with Elite Moving Partners originally. Westcoast showed up to pick up my items. First of all it was the worst experience of my entire life. They were supposed to show up with two trucks to move my family on September 28 of last year. They showed up with 1 truck. By the end of the day the one truck was full and they said they had to drive to Sacramento to unload the truck in a warehouse . They then came back at 9 PM to pick up a second load which took until 12:30 AM the next day. They still did not have enough room on the truck for the rest of my stuff. Also I had to pay over $6,000 more than what I had agreed to pay for them to come back a third time the next day to get the rest of my stuff. Again they took all my stuff to their warehouse in Sacramento. The truck manager filled out a company performance survey that I was not ever shown and rated his performance and the moving experience as Excellent in all categories. To me that was plain Fraud. The manager then promised that he would return early on the 29th to pick up the rest of my stuff. Not only did they not show up the next day in the morning, they sent an entire different crew that arrived at 12:30 AM on September 30th to pick up the rest of my items. Again they dropped all my items at a warehouse in Sacramento. The following week all my items arrived in 1 truck. I had to make my final payment at delivery before they would unload my furniture and items. This was the third team of delivery personnel that I had to deal with. they were in a hurry to drop off my items and they had no clue on how to put my furniture back together like our dining table and our dual king adjustable bed on a pedestal. at least 30% of all our items where completely destroyed. ( China and $1,000 of Kitchenware, 65 inch 4K TV, Maytag Washing Machine, our adjustable bed stand was broken) and damaged numerous pieces of furniture. Prior to unloading the truck I took pictures of the truck and of my contents to prove I was being overcharged for the contents. West coast agreed that I was overcharged and issued a letter with a $3,800 refund to be processed by December 2, 2021. I have still not received my funds. I believe I have been taken advantage of and they have no plans on paying me what they overcharged me back. Both phone numbers for the company are not working. If you run across ELITE Moving PARTNERS and or Westcoast please stay away.

I entered an agreement with a different company, but West Coast Relocation was the company who showed up a day late to move me. They increased the price on the spot and eventually I learned that they moved my items into storage and then delivered most of my belongings three weeks later. Not only did they completely destroy a craftsman desk and a craftsman dining room chair, they failed to deliver close to 20 items, including three sculptures, two of which were made by my son in college. My total loss of close to $2000 and their "claims management" company offered me $270.00. I began to correspond with this company and they kept claiming they were reviewing my demand for 800.00 to settle my claim. They eventually stopped contacting me and I'm now trying to find out who their agent of service in order to file a claim for breach of contract and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. When trying to look up their agent of service they don't seem to exist in the California Secretary of State's database. If you go through a moving broker make sure they do not use this company!

I contracted with US Pro Moving and 36 hours before we have to be out of our house West Coast Relocation shows up. The Driver wants to review what is to be moved and he raised the price by 50%/$1,500. I showed the driver the exact cubic foot using the measuring tape to no avail. His reply is if we want to we can find ourself another mover. My wife was on the phone to US Pro questioning them to find out that West Coast will not stand by their quote. After our goods were delivered I wrote a Yelp review notating the damage to our house during the delivery and the exorbitant price increase. Within several days I received a call from a person representing the new company that purchased West Coast. A couple of weeks later another communication from another representative noting that I had to wait for the corrective action that has never happened. I believe, due to Yelp reviews, that the company has not changed hands. Needless to say anyone considering West Coast Relocation should read the Yelp and Better Business Review prior to signing an agreement with West Coast. You do not want the nightmare I and many others as myself have experienced. I have also filed with the BBB and am seeking other legal action.

Excellent job, you're a great crew very friendly and nice. You're arrives early and wrapped all my furniture, you take care of all my belongings.
