Do not deal with this co . Thay lie , thay steal . Run as fast as can . The reviews are true . They should be caught and shut down .

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY. They need to have NEGATIVE RATING GRAPHICS. They shouldn't be in business. My 12'foot dining solid wood table was destroyed, chairs and tables broken, leather sectional scratched, boxes of goods never made it to my new home. We had the full truck and they packed all our furniture. Also trying to settle the claim through their CSI provider is a joke. DON'T HIRE THEM.

If I could I’d give negative stars. Look for another company immediately. Don’t waste anytime with this company. Not even sure it’s legit. All they want is your money and will ghost you after they get it. Threatened me with “friendly fraud” which is b******* when I have nothing but proof I’ve tried being in contact with any and everyone trying to get a refund for a move I canceled 2 months prior to the scheduled date. Customer service can’t help for s***, they don’t verify who they talk to over the phone they just immediately know when you state ur first name? Probably pull you up from your phone # but that’s a dangerous game to play. Not only that but they don’t have a direct line to their billing department. Everything is done thru email. When have you ever heard that was a thing???? It’s not. So again, if you’re even considering them I hope this helps change ur mind. Take ur business elsewhere.

Really wish I had read these reviews before I booked with these scammers. Move ended up being 3 times the price I was quoted. They were super attentive until they had my money, now I can't get anyone to answer my phone calls or emails. The movers they hired were unprofessional and rude, they damaged a wall that we had to patch before closing the next day, and we didn't get delivery on the promised date. Our boxes were obviously gone through while the movers had them, and our coffee table was in pieces when it was delivered.

Initial interaction with the sales person was pleasant and seemed professional. But once they had my deposit it turned into a nightmare. Three days before the scheduled pick-up, they performed another "look" around my house and the price suddenly went up by nearly double! The guy on the phone demanded an immediate payment of five thousand dollars or the move would be cancelled. I had already paid more than $7,000. This close to the move date I was basically their hostage. They knew this and used it to squeeze money out of me. The pick-up date passed with no call or communication. And I couldn't get hold of them. A few days later a different moving company called and said they would be picking up my stuff. I had no involvement with selecting this company and no ability to refuse. The new moving company said I hadn't paid enough yet, so I should have another $2,500 ready for them at pick-up. USMS promised me my stuff would be taken immediately to Texas and would remain on the same trailer at one of their warehouses in Houston until it was delivered. I could take up to 30 days to give them the final delivery address for no extra cost. This was a bold faced lie. The mover that showed up took my stuff to a warehouse in Washington where it sat for over a month. I found this out from the truck driver who delivered it. Much of my stuff was damaged. Once the new mover was involved, USMS could not be contacted at all any more. I ended up paying them over $12,000 and got absolutely no service. The mover they subcontracted to was a complete disaster. None of the on-line ratings were more than 1 star. Bottom line is you can't believe anything USMS tells you and they only thing they care about is getting as much of your money they can and giving you the least amount of service possible. Stay away from USMS.
