United Nation Van LInes

I am very happy to give United Nation Van Lines this 5 star review. I had hired them to move from Atlanta, GA to Houston, TX. Our old place was a house with its own driveway so it was easy to manage but the new place is an apartment complex. The main hiccup was a restriction on the use of the lift to certain hours. That meant that the delivery could only be done within a narrow window on certain days of the week. When I told United Nation Van Lines, they said they would do it exactly in that slim time period and they delivered! I don’t know what hoops they jumped through to match the time but I am delighted that they did! Perfect!

These guys took a lot of care with my things, even the boxes that were not marked Fragile. It is simply in their nature to do a good job and keep their customers satisfied. I have been using them since 2017 and they have only grown better with time with the increased experience. What I like most of all is that they haven’t jacked up their prices like everyone else. With inflation already through the roof now, it really helps to have such decent folk running businesses. I plan to stick with them for a long time to come.

The movers arrived on time and were quick about getting to work and completing it on time. In fact, they finished ahead of schedule even though I noticed they were very careful with the bigger and more expensive items. They were quiet and hardworking, preferring to let their work speak for itself. I’ve had very friendly movers in the past who just use chatter as an excuse to run down the clock and get overtime. Everything was safely transported and arrived in tip-top shape at our new home in North Carolina. A great move and one that fully earned 5 stars.

My only complaint with these movers is that they shocked me with their price tag – not that it was too high but that it was so lower than I have been paying other moving companies for years. They do not compromise on their standards to meet the low cost, either. We got the same speed of transport, the exact same level of professionalism and courtesy, and an identical customer service experience. How they manage it I don’t know but all I can say is that they have convinced me to keep them at the top of my list the next time I plan to move. 5 stars and a big thank you!

Professionalism personified. United Nation Van Lines were wonderful in helping us move from Ohio to Maryland.They laid protective mats on the floor when there was risk of damage, they covered appliances and furniture in blankets so they would not leave marks on walls and corridors. I have never had any other movers take that level of care. Now, I am sitting in my new house and watching them arrange stuff and could not help but give this 5 stars review. They totally deserve it.
