First I thought that I scored a good moving deal with True King Relocation. In comparison with other companies I got reasonably priced moving services from them. They were very flexible and willing to work around my tight schedule. I didn’t want to waste more time researching moving companies so I booked them immediately. Everything was great until they took my belongings away. Although the delivery of our goods was scheduled for Sunday, it was 2 days late. Not only was I stuck in an empty new home for two days, but also I haven’t heard from them for a while. After lots of desperate calls their salesperson reached out to inform me about the delay, like it was the most normal thing in the world. What’s more, I didn’t get any valid explanation or whatsoever. It’s not like I was moving during the winter or peak season – my move took place about a month ago.
I booked with True King Relocation everything was set to go. Then I completed the pick up, the pick up went nothing as planned. My cost was more than doubled! I called the customer service and they explained that I had additional packing costs and my inventory was more. The manager assisted they set up a quality assurance appointment, i couldn't complete the first time cause i was trying to rush through it getting it done asap. They sent someone else to me since there was no way I was willing to pay the amount given to me at the pick up. I did all my own packing and they company provided me with some discounts. Way better and smoother than the first time around! Take your time when moving is my advice! But definitely use this company for added protection, they will make sure you don't get taken advantage of.
