My husband and I are filing a complaint against TBM as they did not resolve or offer a partial refund for scratching my floors that would be very expensive if we had to redo them. They only offers some guy to come wipe some tint on them. This is a brand new house and the first of several scratches and cuts on our floor are by them. I would not recommend them and we will be reporting a complaint to the BBB. They are super high and even after tipping their guys $100 we still never received a follow up partial refund for a resolution. The only way to get a resolution is partial refund for our floors. Please go with someone else who is more professional and does not mess up your flooring by dragging furniture across it and actually cares about your new place.
