DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. quoted $465 for an apartment move and charged me $1,350 when was the time of unpacking. If I would pay in adavance they would not unload MY furniture from truck. guys did an amazing job but VENEZUELAN owner do not deserve not even 1 star review. WORST company. NO USEn ESTA COMPANIA. me cotizaron $465 para mudar un apartamento, y antes de descargar mis cosas en el storage me pidieron $1350 sino no iba a descargar!!! Los duenos no se merecen ni una estrella. LADRONES. por eso tienen tan pocas estrellas. igual ni les importa.... pero se los pido , no los usen, otras compania son mas honestas.
I’m so happy I found Sunset Moving & Storage Group when I needed a reliable moving company. It was a real pleasure doing business with such a professional and polite team. They were understanding and flexible with scheduling my move. Although I had just a couple of weeks to move to a new place, they managed to arrange for a convenient moving date. They were very attentive all along, each moving task was completed according to plan although there was a lot to do. They are a group of respectful hard workers and the reason I'm posting this review only now is that I'm going to hire them again these days.
I used Sunset moving and storage group a while ago for my move to Boca Raton and I was very pleased with their service. The reason why I’m mentioning this only now is that I’m planning to hire them again. They took great care of my items all along and completed the entire process in a timely and efficient manner. With so many dishonest companies lurking around, I’m so happy we chose them the first time. Their services were affordable, I didn’t incur any additional fees and more importantly there were no unpleasant surprises. Everything went according to plan. What an assistance!
Last minute we realized we needed to move. We were able to get ahold of Sunset Moving & Storage Group by recommendation from a close family friend. We had such heavy stuff. They sent out a really hard working crew to do the job. They are great at what they do. We would recommend for loading and delivery in a timely fashion. I am beyond impressed that they were able to accommodate us to all of our standards. This is not our first time moving and they did a really great job with everything.
I moved on a extremely hot day. Sunset Moving & Storage Group did not have any issues with it and really did not take any breaks either. The friendly workers didn't complain at all. They got everything done in such a timely manner. So professional, and great communication. I would recommend this company to anyone, and for sure use them again.
