Please do not use this company! They pack and expensive italian mirror we got 2 years ago and they broke it. We pay 1800 and they only want to pay 300. If we have tomreplace it now it will be doible the price. They didnt asemble the master bedroom properly i just say is missing all this screws while making the bed. They do not handle the furniture with car at alll, im starting to see other thing. When they have brought half of the furniture to the apartment they demanded more money or they wont release the furniture

I was working with a super nice person to price and plan my move for over 2 months. He was super diligent and friendly, even though I would always call for additional help and make multiple changes. He probably gave me over 10 quotes. After all this time, I was finally ready to book and lock in my move with them. The deposit was charged to my credit card right away. Then a couple hours pass by and I get a call saying that my quote was priced at a wrong rate and that my move would be too complicated for them to service. I expressed where I was moving to 2 months ago when I called for the first time. They simply washed their hands and left me out to dry. Moving is already a very stressful process and to book a company after months of planning just for them to turn around and say "oops" is highly unprofessional and irresponsible. If you have a "complicated" move, aka; any long distance move that isn't into a big city, don't waste your time with them like I did. If anything, the least a moving company should be is organized and not gaslight customers. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Still considering them? Check other negative reviews and ask yourself if you're ok going through an experience like that....

WHATEVER you do, I would not book here. They’ll give a quote you feel is reasonable, and find every way to nickel and dime for more money. From quote to final total we jumped up an extra 40%!!! Absolutely absurd. Drivers will promise delivery times that they won’t meet and they’ll hide behind contract language and hold you and your belongings hostage. They’ll tell you they do a “thorough file review” and even will come back with that later than promised. The company is a joke and lacks any drops of professionalism, punctuality or accountability.

What a horrible experience! First, there was so much damage. I basically had to get an entire new bedroom set because of damage and there was much more. At the arrival location they showed up at 5:14pm and dis not finish the job. They just left everything in our living room, for me and my wife to put into the other rooms. They even left our love seat standing vertically on its end. This was BY FAR, the worst moving experience I have ever had! Stay FAR away from Solomon and Sons!
