Lied to me about service proved, stole my money, then did not deal with the issue at all or give refund. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not give them your money! The movers upon arrival stated I had over 500cu ft of material based on "visual inspection" and "personal experience." I stated I would only be paying for the 369 cu ft. I had purchased and reserved already. I told them to fit what they could in the space. They left multiple items behind including furniture, and listed I had used the total 360 cu ft of space on the bill of landing (lie). When I asked about the haphazard loading of the truck they assured me it was 369 cu ft of space. When the driver arrived for drop off I was informed only 200cu ft of material was used on the truck not 369 cu ft. So not only did I pay for 169 cu ft of space transportation and storage that was not used but multiple pieces of furniture were left behind valuing over $400. There is a 275 cu ft minimum however because I was lied to about the space used I lost the money of the material left behind ~$400 in addition the 94 cu ft of space that was not used at all which was ~$850 . So in total $1250 In summary this company owes me $850 for services not provided. When complaining to the company and spending hours of my time to get them to pick up the phone they ignored me. Screened my calls. Took no responsibility for the lies or the stolen money. Made zero effort to make this right. Horrible and criminal customer service. I was assured that any space I booked prior to the move that was unused would be refunded at the drop off site. This was not the case relocation nation took no responsibility stating I signed a bill of landing even though the document was filled out fraudulently. They took no responsibility told me to deal with individual moving company that they hired. THey made no effort to make this right. Once they have your money there is no way to get it back. Do not give them your money. THis is common practice.

This company is a fraudulent company! Had nothing but problems with them when they did my move. The guy who claims to be a manager Robert is a liar! The actual manager of the company she is a huge liar. They misquote pricing and they're not even an actual delivery company they are just a broker two other companies will touch your stuff by the time it gets to your home. They broke two of my items and their insurance company failed to pay for them when everything was documented. Also watch that insurance company they claim to have a warranty on all items it's a crock of crap! There are much better shipping companies out there like I said this is a scam and they are a broker four Movers. The 275 cubic feet is a lie you will definitely get an upcharge by the time your stuff is calculated for they claim to have a computer that can calculate square footage based off the size of your items full of shit!

Thanks to the team's professionalism and expertise, my move went smoothly, and I am relieved that I didn't have to hire a different company after the first one failed to deliver my piano.
