HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS?!? This is the most dishonest, unprofessional, and disorganized company we've ever dealt with! Words can't begin to express how terribly we were treated by every staff member, how much they ripped us off, and how they ruined our whole moving experience for a solid 2 months. We were charged almost TRIPLE the estimate we received to move from LA to Portland, lied to that it would only take about 4-7 business days to receive our things (when it took 40!), were never informed that they were just brokers so our things would sit in storage for over a month because they had no trucks, given no info from the reps on an estimated date of delivery, hung up on and yelled at by customer service reps named Trisha and Tiffany, only had 1 mover drop our things at 10pm (my husband and I had to carry in most of it to the garage), and of course had damage to furniture and missing boxes. Needless to say, we submitted a claim shortly after to report the horrible customer service, unethical business practices, and furniture damage...and it's now been 20 days with no response or confirmation they they've even submitted our claim to their insurance provider! Our next steps will be to file a moving fraud complaint with the DOT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We are having the worst experience with Rapid Van Lines for the delivery of our stuff that was picked up in April 2021 and was scheduled for delivery by June 2021. It is September 2021 and we still haven't received any proper information from the company about the delivery. They don't answer emails with proper updates and give random excuses if by chance they pick up your phone. Most of the time, the call goes to voicemail. I wish I could give them "NO STAR" and they could be banned from this trade for cheating on people, taking away their money & peace of mind.

Completely disgusted with them. I paid a premium to have them deliver a service which they never did. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Scott will promise you white glove service and guaranteed pickup dates…well they missed their first pickup up date, followed by the 2nd and 3rd day. Finally completely frustrated I canceled my service cause no service was ever provided. Then they won’t refund my $1800 deposit. They don’t respond to any emails or phone calls. No transparency at all. I would not use this company unless you want to lose your deposit and not get service. You claim to have responded…only after I kept calling and calling… but you still did NOT deliver your service and kept my deposit. 3 days of no shows and having to be out of the house. I hope you feel good about yourself stealing peoples hard earned money.

We hired this company to move our items. P/U was 6/21 and backup was 6/22 by 5pm. The workers that were hired came at 630pm 6/22. The movers loaded my items with no blankets and just threw everything in a U-Haul. clearly damaging items. After all my items were loaded, the cost to move the items doubled. I sent an inventory list to the rep and was quoted a price. all those items and only those items were loaded and after my items were in the van, they asked for double in order to move my items when the items arrived. 60% of our items were missing. only the high-value items. We had Costco bins filled and they were sifted through and items were taken. the items that did arrive had damage on them from the initial loading and during the move. I documented the paper they had me sign of all items missing and all items damaged. I created a detailed pdf to show what was missing at the time and what was damaged and send in a demand for recovery. Jill at the company got my initial email and stated they will process the claim and send a resolution mid to late august. Mid august I email jill to no response. I emailed again and again and even email the info email and no response after 10+ contact attempts. called again and again and sent to voicemail. I leave message after message and no response. only high-value items went missing, items that were delivered were damaged. I have gone to the extent of filing a police report for theft.

THE WORST They didn't deliver on their delivery window (extending it 10 days beyond a max 2 weeks). They were unresponsive. They eventually let me pick my stuff up in Ontario CA and move to Colorado myself. They then kept my $7,000. Anyone that uses them is nuts
