These people are criminals and they will steal your belongings and your money. They use fake reviews to appear legitimate on websites like this one. They stole everything my partner and I owned for 6 months and we only ended up getting SOME of our stuff back because a person found it dumped in some random warehouse. If it weren’t for that luck we would have never gotten anything back, and quest moving did not care whatsoever. They ignored us completely soon as they had our money and our stuff, and were actually NASTY to us whenever we contacted them desperately searching for our belongings. Being robbed by them literally ruined half a year of our lives and cost us thousands of dollars trying to replace basic items to live.
I wish there was a way to give them negative stars. Highly ridiculous people. If you don’t want to waste your money and property then do not go with them. They quote me close to $4000 over the phone and ended up charging me $10000 for moving my stuff. Which they didn’t even move. They left all my stuff in my apartment garage because the guy who came was too tired to move it to our house and set it up. Then he messaged and said that he will move the stuff to our house the next day and he didn’t turn up and when questioned he started using abusive language and said that he will not come to move our stuff to our house and that his job here is done. Whenever you try to call the company it goes to voicemail no matter what time of the day you call. They don’t respond to emails once they get your deposit money. Please don’t fall for the lower price as you will end up paying more for sure.
I moved with Quest moving twice and I had two completely different experiences. Although my first move with them was a disaster I decided to give them another chance just because they were able to resolve the issue we had in a professional and efficient manner. The supervisors were very understanding and did their best to offer a favorable solution. At this point I’m happy I gave them another shot as they were fantastic during my second move. Considering the way they handled it, I would use them for my next move as well. I’ll be happy to refer them to all my friends.
My interstate move from Chicago to NYC was a trouble-free experience thanks to Quest moving. Thankfully, a friend referred me to them exactly when I needed them most and after doing a thorough background check I decided to go for them. I really appreciate the commitment and respect they showed on moving day. They handled my items carefully and professionally and nothing was damaged in the end. I can’t think of anything to complain about as everything went as planned. There were no unexpected surprises, additional charges or delays. The overall experience with them was amazing. I will refer all my friends to Quest moving for sure.

I decided to go for them as I didn't have much time to research other moving companies. And it turned out that I made the right decision. They were courteous and friendly all the time, although there was a lot to do on moving day. They managed to complete each task as planned since they arrived right on time. There were no delays, I got my items delivered on time as well. I had an amazing experience and I wanted to spread the word about them! Highly recommended!
