Furthermore, they do vehicle transportation as well. So, if you don’t need to hire two companies for your household goods and your car.
They provide the white glove service that covers disassembly of furniture, pad wrapping, and having a complete hands free move. If you would like additional services, they also provide packing. This includes full packing, as well as partial packing. Maybe this is your first time moving. We all know it can be scary! You should consider having Polycon Transportation do the packing for you. This will decrease the possibility of broken items during your relocation.

We are very upset about the delivery. The driver was very rude due to being away from home for 7 weeks, I guess. He gave us 4 wrong totes that were someone else's.. Then told us they were ours. We asked who was the person who was listed on the tags. He said he didn't know. Finally he figured it out an had to take 4 totes back to the semi. He was still rude. He had his dog with him and let him run around our yard. Thankfully he did not poop in our yard. We had 11 totes. The last one was a grandfather clock. It was heavy and he did not have anyone to help him unload it. I went to the semi to watch what he was doing. He said "What are you doing here" or something close to that. I told him I was watching how he was getting the clock unloaded. He said he drops it. Guess I don't know what that means. We were told the clock must stay upright. We told him and he said he has moved a lot of clocks and they DO NOT need to stay upright. Needless to say he got it off the truck after he uncrated it. He got it to our garage and it would not fit thru the door. So, he must go thru the front door. No one to help him lift it and carry it in. There was road construction going on in front of out house. The guys were on a lunch break so he had the nerve to ask one of them to help. They came over after finishing their lunch. They carried it from the garage to the front door. After they picked it up I heard a crash of glass. I knew something must have broke. Well I was correct. The movers had broken a glass after all the times I told them there was glass. The driver finally had it set in the house and removed the wrapping on the clock. We then saw the broken glass. The driver made out a claim and told me to take a picture of it since they don't have aa copy. After he left and we opened it, we had a person come to the house to set it up. Well, we found multiple things that were broke on the clock. The weights were damaged. Then the cables for the pulleys were broke followed by finding out the chimes were broke off and the tips were broke off. I would never use this company to send anything. I really don't time to deal with jerks. It the driver needed to be home sooner, he should not have taken the drive and he should have gone home. If I ever talk to people that rude, I would feel horrible. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Their website says they give white glove treatment and I will NEVER give them another shot!!!!!
I used Plycon Transportation Group for my recent move and they proved to be one of the best moving companies I’ve ever heard of. I read a lot of positive reviews online. As a matter of fact, they managed to exceed all my expectations. Their professional and friendly approach helped me move my car in a timely manner. Although my move was complicated they were very positive and polite. I would use their services over and over again. With so many satisfied customers no wonder they are one of the top rated companies. Keep up the good work guys!
I typically do not write reviews online but I felt I had to share my wonderful experience with Plycon Transportation Group. They were so professional from beginning to end. Their representatives were patient and thorough when they went over all of my inventory to provide a quote. They explained, in detail, what to expect and a breakdown of the payments. I was picked up and delivered within the time I was promised and my price did not increase at all. I am very happy with the delivery driver who patiently waited for me to knock on my neighbors doors so they could move their cars in order for his truck to fit. I would use them again and I have already shared my experience with some family and friends.
I used Plycon Transportation Group for my most recent move (I move a lot for my work - like A LOT). Pick up went swimmingly. I had my own spreadsheet of every single item. When the movers load the items, I chekc them off my list and so did they! I am a little OCD, but I would rather be safe than sorry. The crews on each end of the move were very good job. They did Some of the boxes looked weathered. So far I have not seen any damaged items inside aside from the occasional plate or two.
