Olympus moving and storage movers showed their professionalism and expertise during my local move in New York City. I cannot be happier with the team of four that came early on moving day and worked very hard and fast to meet my expectations. They took all my requests into account and the first time I spoke with them I just knew they were not going to let me down. My move was smooth and swift thanks to their professional approach. Furthermore, they treated me with respect and I’m happy that my belongings arrived safe and sound with Olympus moving and storage.
Making arrangements to ship my belongings from the Montana to my new home in Alabama, was very daunting and I obtained quotes from several moving companies. I chose Olympus Moving & Storage not only because they were price competitive but that they had been very personable to deal with and had not pressured me into making decisions. All of my inquiries were quickly responded to and this gave me confidence that I would get a good service. All of my shipment arrived with nothing broken or damage and this was a great relief although I did feel during unpacking that there was some unnecessary overuse of packing paper. I feel that Olympus Moving & Storage provided an excellent and very personal service at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend them.
My vacuum and a whole closet full of suits and a couple of paintings were missing. I will give them all of the stars for arriving for pick up on time. If you think the claims process is bad, you have not seen anything yet. I know it is not Olympus Moving & Storages fault that the claims process takes so long, but I filed a claim 3 months ago, have not seen a nickel. I would recommend this company, other than my stuff being damaged. They were nice and professional, I just wish they took a little better care of my items. It was not so much a nightmare, but I do not think I would personally use them again.
