National American Van Lines LLC is a federally licensed moving broker. It is not a motor carrier and does not own moving trucks. National American will generate a quote for you based on the details of your intended move as well as the availability of licensed motor carriers in National American’s network. After you submit your information to National American through our website, you will receive a rough estimate by phone and email. However, please be prepared to go over a detailed inventory of your property to be moved, as a detailed inventory is necessary to receive an accurate quote and written estimate.

We $7500. To move from California to Michigan. They were over a month late. They hide behind the fact that they are brokers. They will set you up with the worst trucking companies in America. We paid and trusted them and they sent USA Logistics, LLC. These companies stole more than half of our things. Delivered the rest of it broken. They work together!!! STAY AWAY.......THEY'RE CROOKS. Don't pay them to rob you......THAT IS WHAT THEY WILL DO!!!!!

This company brokered me to a fake company that had several police reports submitted going back 5 month prior to me to move my belongings from WA to SC. Its a long story and only partial of my things have recovered at additional personal expense to include plane tickets, renting a moving truck, and driving over 12 hours with 2 days of missed work. They refuse to take responsiblity. We can 't even submit a claim for our missing items because they are a fake company. This is supposed to be a veteran owned company. As a disabled veteran, I beg you not use them. This stress has been horrible and I am still missing things that can't be replaced.

Bad experience from start to finish. Got an estimate of just under 5k for a move from Wisconsin to Michigan (about 8hr drive). The estimate was 5k off, but we found out 3 days before our schedules move date and the down payment is nonrefundable. I understand if an estimate is a little off, life happens, but to be 5k off means the individual making the estimate is bad at his job. The movers were supposed to show up between 10am and 2pm, instead they came at 4. They did a good job packing. But while unloading, my wife requested that they put our outdoor stuff in our non-climate controlled unit and the inside stuff in the climate controlled unit, after she saw them moving some clearly inside stuff into the wrong unit she asked them to put it in the correct unit... The mover replied that "it's f*cking raining and I'm tired of being wet" my wife told him that she is sorry and cannot control the weather, but we don't want our things damaged with mold. Will never use them again. I have moved 6 times with the military and never have been treated this badly, this was not our first rodeo, but it was our worst.

Contracted with Broker in Florida, sent pictures and texts of property - received Bud I signed of a little over $10,000.00. Made deposit of $3 000 through my Realtor's Bank over the phone in March, 2021. Scheduled move for May 23 and 24 if 2021. Three days before the move was contacted by Cameron from the Broker and said they needed another $15,000 and a $7,149.38 over the phone immediately or they would let the Semi Driver (who was supposedly on hold with Cameron, go.) They received the $7,140.38 by phone from my Realtor who called Cameron and paid this next deposit from her Bank. I sold my home and Realtor would be paid back at Closing. I'm on Soc. Sec. Disability and didn't have the funds at that time. Then Cameron sent me a 2nd contact to sign by email where the inventory list was wrong - they added things I didn't have and didn't use the original list I gave them the first time. I told this to Cameron, he stated, "I'll' give you the benefit of the doubt but you need to sign this new Contract or I'm cancelling the move." I signed as I had no choice as the new owners were moving in on the 25th of May, 2021. After signing I tried to retrieve the 2nd Contract and it stated you already signed please close the window. Therefore, I did not get a copy of this $15,000 increased contract from $10,000 to $25,000. The movers (Easy Moving DBA Packrite now called AMM did not show up until 7:30pm on May 25, with a Ryder 27 ft box truck - I paid for a Semi.) They did not move anything on May 25, but came the next morning with a Penske 26 ft box truck and said the Semi broke down in Colorado. Jordan from Jordan out of Hawthorne, New Jersey (not his real name) the morning of May 26, 2021 showed me a blank AMM Trucking, LLC contract to sign and stated I had to sign it before they would start packing my home. I asked why would I sign a blank contract when the price has already been signed on the 2nd Contract, he said I have to or they will drive away. I signed only the top portion of the contract where it states the pickup and delivery dates. Once they very haphazardly and carelessly packed my home, garage and shed (plus I had already packed a lot of glass and about 20 boxes of things and put them in the living room closet along with items I didn't want them to take - told them not to take them and they ended up doing so anyways.) plus they never marked any of the boxes they packed which I asked them to do, too. Towards the end of the move a Semi showed up and only items put in the Semi were all my concrete fountains and outside concrete yard decorations and planters. Maybe a 3rd or less of all I owned as they filled the 26 ft box truck first even though they knew the Semi was coming. I was not told about the Semi coming until after they already filled the 26 ft box truck they rented. Once the box truck and Semi were loaded - Jordan stayed he needed another $11,798.00 wired to his Bank Acct. in New Jersey before they would deliver my belongings to my home in Polson, Mt. He called NAVL, the Broker and they gave my Realtor the Bank information and she wired the $11,798.00 to Jordan's Bank. Shortly after this Jordan shows me the final amount I owe $34,000.00 of which another $11,798.00 is due upon delivery of May 27, 2021. The Semi showed up at 10am on May 27, 2021 but Jordan never showed up. He didn't call and do my fiancée called him at 10:30am and he stated they'd be there at 11am and wanted the $11,798.00 at that time. He never showed up or called - didn't answer my texts to him or my phone calls either. The Semi Driver left without saying anything to us. I contacted NAVL the Broker and went through / weeks of being yelled at which all came down to this: it,s been 5 months and I have not been contacted by them as to where my belongings are or if they even have them still. They have everthing I've ever owned! Well over $200,000 worth of antiques, all my clothes, jewelry, oil paintings, new 75 and 65 inch TVs - computers and laptop, printer and every bit of tools, newer LG Washer and Dryer; ne'er Samsung refrigerator and lots and lots more! Everything I've ever owned!!!! Plus all person papers, and all pictures of my boys, grandchildren and Native American family and pictures plus genealogy. NAVL refused to help unless I would sign a Non-Disclosure Statement and was told the reason Jordan didn't show up was, "he didn't believe I had the money." I just sold my home - I had the money. AMM and NAVL stole all my things by working together to do so.

I forgot to add this; Nordan from AMM Trucking, LLC, forged my signature and put the date they showed up with my property as May 27, 2021. This is against the law to forge my signature when I haven't seen or heard from them since May 26, 2021. When they left with my property and didn't show up on May 27, 2021. 5 months I've yet to receive my property from AMM Trucking, LLC or NAVL the Broker who continues to send them to other trusting people as I was.

Never use National American Van Lines out of Pompano, FL, who is a broker for moving companies. As they book your move, they are not transparent about all the up charges that the actual moving company will add on to the move after you have signed contract with National American. Plus, they are not responsible for your items. Job was assigned to Cosmos Transport of Fort Lauderdale , Florida. This company had many up charges and held belongings hostage on truck until more money was paid. Some items did not arrive at all on truck and other items broken. Worst moving experience ever. If you value your belongings, look elsewhere.
