Moving Solutions Van Lines

Our items were picked up 2/16/23, delivered 4/3/23. I believe the delay was caused by an illegal double brokering practice. Our original estimate was $2,206.31, we ended up paying $4,895.23. Despite our items being two days over the delivery window, they did not honor the discount stated in our legally binding contract. We have been offered no compensation, no condolences. We were handed over to a bad carrier and Graceful simply took the approach that it wasn't their problem. We hired Graceful Moving Group on a word of mouth recommendation for a move from Ohio to Oregon and just about every step was miserable. They are a brokerage company and the carrier they hired, MOVING SOLUTIONS VAN LINES, is absolutely awful and should not be in business, I believe they are participating in double brokering. Kelly is the manager and she is particularly rude, the legal contract I signed shows our FADD as 2/17/23, she LIED and said it was 2/20/23 and threatened to withhold our stuff if we didn't pay the full amount when we asked for a discount due to terrible service. The original movers who came were late, rude, argued for two hours before moving any of our stuff, left trash behind. They FORCED me to agree to take my child's crib apart, telling me it would be put back together when delivered, THEY REFUSED TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER WHEN DELIVERED. They took our stuff to New Jersey where it sat in a warehouse for a month. I had to call over 20 times across 6 weeks to get an ETA for our belongings. I did not get a phone call until 4/1 telling me when my things would be delivered. The movers who eventually brought our things were more pleasant (despite not putting our crib together) and this was because they did not work for Moving Solutions, which is where we believe double brokering came into play. Things arrived broken, dented, unclean. They did not honor our legally stated discount. I've filed complaints with the BBB and FMCSA against both Graceful Moving Group and Moving Solution Van Lines.

This company was terrible. They never communicated when the shipment was going to be delivered and there was so much damage. Even boxes that had FRAGILE all over them were smashed. Do not ever use this company!! If I could give them no stars I would.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY PICKED UP MY ITEMS IN MINNESOTA ON 9/7, PROMISED 3 DAY DELIVERY. THEY TOOK ALL MY ITEMS TO NEW JERSEY AND IT'S BEEN SITTING IN A WAREHOUSE THERE SINCE. TODAY IS 10/24 I STILL DONT HAVE MY DELIVERY AND THEY LIE AND TELL YOU ITS ON THE WAY AND THATS IT'S BEEN LOADED. THYE ARE LIAR, DECEITFUL. THE COMPANY YOU SIGN CONTRACT WITH DOESNT TELL YOU THEY ARE SELLING YOUR CONTRACT TO A 3RD PARTY AND ITS DOWN HILL. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY DONT RESPIND TO EMAIL. ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE I HEARD ANYTHINF AS THEY LIED AGAIN AND SAID MY ITEMS WOULD HAVE BEEN HERE LAST WEEK THURSDAY-SATURDAY!! IM GETITNG THE POLICE INVOLVED BECAUSE AT THIS POINT I DONT KNOW WHERE MY STUFF IS, IF IT'S BEEN STOLEN, IF ILL EVER GET MY BELONGINGS!! THEY ARE ALL WORKING TOGETHER TO LIE AND SCAM YOU INTO SIGNING THE CONTRACT THEN ITS F YOU, THEY DONT CARE THEY GOT PAID...........HUGE RIP OFF AND SCAMMERS BAD ETHICS AND INTEGRITY

They did a good job. Everything handled well and no issues on my end. They get 5 stars for being as fast as they were and for being so polite over the phone.

Really great team overall they were fast and made the whole process simple and smooth. I cant complain one bit and I will definitely be coming back if i ever need to move again.
