I started working with this company 5 months prior to the scheduled move. In the beginning everything was good. Two weeks before the scheduled move date they advised that they had to move the date up three days which I was okay with. In the next three days I heard NOTHING. All my phone calls were not answered, emails not responded to and they still had my money. The move they finally scheduled was outside the required date of my house closing. The wanted to schedule my move on July 15th which was three weeks from my original date of June 26th. I have yet to receive my money back from the deposit that I provided. They have extremely poor customer service when they cannot fulfill the obligations of their contract. I have several more members to be moving and I will NEVER use this company. Steer clear!!!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, 100% SCAM. Mover Dudes doesn't even deserve a star. I started our moving inquiry with Jonathan, who was prompt, professional and apparently a great liar. This company boasts how seamless your move will be and how they are not a broker. I felt great about our move, up until the week before. I had heard nothing from them. I attempted to call multiple times to check the status of this request. They were scheduled to do a pick-up for us July 6th or 7th. On July 6th, my husband received a call that states they wouldn't be able to come out for another 4 days. I was upfront about the expectations of our move from day one and that we specifically would need them to arrive no later than the 7th, as we had sold our home and needed to be out of the house. When my husband spoke with Jamie on Saturday he explained that the timing would not work for us and requested a refund. I attempted to follow-up with Jamie on Monday. She left a voicemail stating that we should receive an e-mail confirmation and a refund this week. Being that they couldn't deliver the services requested, I don't trust them to deliver a refund, therefore I have started a dispute with our credit card company. We were lucky to have friends in town that could help us load up a U-haul to drive across the country.
These guys quite literally stole $4500 from me. The owner promised to refund me and gave me 3 separate checks that all bounced. I contacted a sales girl there who told me the checks always bounce. It sounds like there must be some really financially infantile management there. I would not trust a company that steals from customers, staff, and she told me even rips off vendors. IGNORE the fake 5 star reviews.

Awesome!!!! Super fast and so inexpensive! I had some stuff at my parents and in storage after moving back from Texas and they had no issues going to both places before my new apartment. So nice and professional. Highly recommend using these local guys!!
